These terms apply to work requested from Ranger Field Services, a division of L13H Enterprises.

Visual Documentation Only

Ranger Field provides aerial and field documentation. The work is visual documentation only and does not replace licensed inspections, engineering evaluations, insurance adjusting, damage determinations, surveys, appraisals, or code compliance reviews.

Quotes and Pricing

Published prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on location, site size, complexity, airspace restrictions, access conditions, urgency, travel, deliverables, and recurring service requirements.

Quotes may be revised if the scope, conditions, location, access, or deliverables change.

Scheduling and Site Conditions

Flights and field work are subject to weather, airspace, safety, access, lighting, and site conditions. Ranger Field may reschedule, modify, or decline work when conditions are unsafe, restricted, impractical, or legally unavailable.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate site information, access instructions, known restrictions, and permission to document the property or site.

Airspace and Legal Compliance

Drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and are subject to applicable laws, airspace rules, temporary flight restrictions, local site limitations, and safety judgment.

Some locations may require additional authorization, altered scheduling, or may not be available for flight.

Deliverables

Deliverables are defined by the accepted scope or package. Typical deliverables may include organized image galleries, downloadable files, progress records, visual documentation sets, or scope-specific field documentation.

Unless otherwise agreed, raw files, source files, flight logs, and working files are not included.

Customer Use

Customers may use delivered documentation for their own records, planning, coordination, communication, and related business or property purposes. Customers are responsible for how documentation is interpreted, shared, or used after delivery.

Payment and Cancellations

Payment terms are provided with the quote or invoice. Deposits, cancellation fees, rush fees, or travel fees may apply depending on the project.

Limitation

Ranger Field is not responsible for conclusions, decisions, estimates, claims, repairs, construction work, insurance outcomes, or third-party determinations made from visual documentation.
